How to delete your account & data with FitnessCRM

We understand that you may wish to delete your account and all associated data from FitnessCRM. To proceed with the deletion of your account and data, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to info@fitnesscrm.app.
2. In your email, include the following details:
   • Your registered email address.
   • Your registered mobile number.
3. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and verify your identity by calling you on the provided mobile number.
4. Upon successful verification, we will initiate the process to delete your account and all associated data. This process will be completed within 90 days.
